On arrival to Amritsar, you will check into the hotel with all the formalities required. You will have some leisure time to rest in the afternoon. At around 3pm, you will visit Wagah Border to witness the astounding Closing Ceremony which starts sharply by 5:30 pm every day. It is a daily military practice that the security forces from India and Pakistan perform. Border closing ‘lowering the flags’ ceremony takes place every evening before the sun set at the Wagah Border. The ceremony starts with an energizing parade by the soldiers from both sides and ends up in the perfectly coordinated lowering of the flags of two nations. After the ceremony, you will return back to the hotel for overnight stay.

Post breakfast, we will visit different tourist attraction places in Amritsar. The list includes Golden Temple (known as Harmandir Sahib), Jallianwala Bagh and Ram Bagh. Jallianwala Bagh has a sad history where many people were massacred by East Indian Company during Revolution time. The main allurement of Ram Bagh is the summer palace museum of Maharaja Ranjit Singh which also has a history of its own. You will then return to the hotel in the evening for overnight stay.

Post breakfast, drive to Dalhousie, situated at 2039 mts in the outer slopes of the Dhauladhar range. Enjoy the drive with its natural beauty and natural surroundings. On arrival check- in at the hotel and enjoy some leisure time. Overnight at the hotel.

Post breakfast, proceed for a full day sightseeing to Khajjiar, 18 Kms from Dalhousie. Its one of the most scenic saucer shaped Plateau and is surrounded by dense pine and deodar forests. It’s beauty has further been enhanced by a small lake in the center with a floating island. It also has a 9-hole golf course for the golf enthusiasts. After spending a relaxed day here, return to the hotel.

Post breakfast, we will depart for Dharamshala, which a about four hours away from Dalhousie. After check in the hotel & some rest, we will visit the local market return back to hotel, overnight stay at hotel.

Post breakfast, we will head out to explore Dharamshala and surroundings. We will aim to visit Mcleodganj, Bhagsunag, Tibetan Markets, Naddi, Bhagsunag Temple and Waterfall, Tibetan Monastery depending on the time availability and interests. Overnight stay at Dharamshala.

Post breakfast, we depart for Amritsar. It is 200 KM away and will take around 4 to 5 hours. Post checking in to the hotel, guests can enjoy leisure time or choose to visit Golden temple or a local market again. Overnight in Amritsar.
